Vehicular Homicide

A homicide perpetrated using a vehicle, whether it is a car, truck, or semitrailer, is a Class A felony in the state of Wisconsin. Charges can become a lot harsher if the person gets into an accident which results in injury, immense bodily harm or vehicular homicide. Fines can go all the way up to 100,000 dollars and potential jail time of 25 years.
