Property Crime

Illegal acts against property is defined by Wisconsin law as property crimes. Property crimes are often charged as conversions, which entails the converting of property from the lawful owner to the control of another person, this is often called dominion and control.

Forfeiture:
Forfeiture deals with property, generally its money in the form of fines, which must be given to the court. (The property is actually handed over to the clerk of the court or as stated in the court order.)
